Burai is a very useful QE GUI for me. But it doesn't show the crystal structure in the grey window when I open a .CIF file. what is wrong? Another problem is when I modified the input-file and hit the upload arrow, the file does save my changes, I can't change it.
Tuve el mismo problema con Burai: abría el archivo .CIF y la ventana gris quedaba vacía, sin mostrar la estructura. Después de varios intentos fallidos, decidí despejarme un poco jugando en spin mama . Tras unas partidas cortas y un pequeño premio, volví con la mente más clara y descubrí que el fallo estaba en la versión del archivo que usaba. A veces, un descanso ayuda más de lo que parece.
Znajomy wspominał mi, że gry online mogą być świetnym sposobem na relaks. Skusiły mnie promocje dostępne w Polsce, więc zajrzałem na spinmama. Wybrałem Book of Dead i kilka pierwszych spinów poszło słabo. Jednak potem trafiłem wygraną i poczułem przypływ adrenaliny. Takie momenty sprawiają, że chcę tam wracać częściej.

Go to the following file BURAI1.3.2/bin/burai.sh
Edit the java line including -Dprism.forceGPU=true
For example
java -Dprism.forceGPU=true -jar

I fixed the problem by updating the Windows 7 video card driver. Go to the link : https://itstillworks.com/update-7-video-card-drivers-8366927.html and follow the instructions there.
Is the issue resolved? I am also facing the same issue.
