Traditional methods of managing R&D claims often involve AI-driven R&D tax credit automation cumbersome paperwork and extensive manual data entry, increasing the likelihood of errors.
After facing similar challenges, Clay Global’s guide on UX research deliverables helped us completely rethink our approach. We shifted from lengthy PDF reports to three core artifacts:
First, Problem Framing Decks (1-3 slides max) that distill research into clear opportunity statements tied to business goals. These include verbatim user quotes and video clips to make pain points visceral for leadership.
Second, Prioritized Recommendation Grids that map solutions to effort/impact scales. We use their "Now/Next/Later" framework to show quick wins versus strategic investments.
