I have Burai installed on two computers, and in the last couple of weeks neither can/will access the Materials API database. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there another way I can read a *.cif into Burai?

This happens, but don't worry. By the way, you might also need a converter. I use this one convert online oxps to pdf converter https://onlineconvertfree.com/convert-format/oxps-to-pdf/. I can do it for free whenever it's convenient for me and anywhere in the world. You can change other formats, but this one suits my work. Great find!
