Mr Nishihara, I am studying a 9.5 A GaN Nanowire. I want to dope In atom in place of Gallium atoms. In this Figure I have replaced 2 Ga atoms with two Indium Atoms. As you see In the picture , The In atoms are showing extra bonds among themselves ( besides 3 bonds with three N atoms. What could it possibly mean ?

BURAI decides bonds by covalent radii.
Thus, shown bonds do not reflect nature of electronic structure.
If you make atomic radii of Indium smaller by DESIGNER, bonds will be invisible.
