Hello Mr. Nishihara. I'm still new and just installed BURAI 1.3. When I try to load the cif file it does no load the molecular image.

OK, I tried another way to use burai on OS system. Eventhrough the burai can not install. we can still show the content of the dmg file. And then we can copy the file to the desktop and open the burai.jar in macos document. AND FINALLY I can see the GUI.

The new version of Burai can run normally on windows, it is unnecessary to run burai on Virtual machine. However if you want to run it on Mac OS system maybe it is necessary to run it on virtual machine, because I don't know why I can't install it on OS system, I think something wrong with the Java although it can run normally by itself.
Because the current version of JavaFX does not support 3D graphics on Virtual Box.

Yes, I was trying it on Virtual box. However, I'm really curious now as what libraries would I be missing for it to not display. All java libraries are intact and in the path. Any suggestions as to what I could try to make it work?

Did you use VMware or Virtual Box ?
BURAI does not support them.

I'm facing the same issue.
OS : Ubuntu 16.04
I've tried installing oracle java version 8 and 9 and also openjdk version 8. However, whenever i run the application it seems that no atoms are shown in the visual box. I've tried the application in the past on windows and it is working fine. Could you suggest how to remedy this issue?

I fixed the problem by updating the Windows 7 video card driver. Go to the link : https://itstillworks.com/update-7-video-card-drivers-8366927.html and follow the instructions there.
